Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Assist visitors in navigating the office and provide refreshments when appropriate.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner, and forward calls as necessary.
- Reply to emails or face to face inquiries.
- Provide clear, polite and professional communication.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate bookings for conference calls, meeting rooms, taxis, hotels, or restaurants.
- Maintain updated contact lists and office records.
- Accompany and represent employees at immigration, social insurance, and government offices when required.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, social insurance offices, and other government agencies.
- Assist with some accounting tasks such as recording expenses, invoices and receipts, data entry.
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Follow up with office cleaners and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments (Admin, Sales, Finance, HR) when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Office Management, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of previous administrative experience
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to government offices.
- knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel…)
- Professionalism
- Attention to detail
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (Arabic is a plus)
- Already based in Cyprus (mandatory)
Salary and Benefits
- 1500 – 1600 Euros gross monthly
- Medical cover
