Our Client is one of the Top 4 Accounting and Auditing firms who are currently looking to recruit for their client who is an established Bank and they are in need of a B2C Merchant Onboarding Officer.

The location of the position is ONSITE in NICOSIA 

Job description

  • Cooperate with merchants to determine the best way to upload their products to Jinius Marketplace (integrations or manual import). 
  • Support the merchant onboarding process and assist with uploading and updating their products and offers, including product listings, images, stock levels, and pricing updates. 
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of marketplace product content, maintaining consistency and accuracy across listings. 
  • Review products uploaded by merchants before they go live to ensure they meet marketplace guidelines and quality standards. 
  • Help update and improve the structure of the marketplace catalogues to enhance user experience and navigation. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. 
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital content management, or marketplace operations will be considered as an advantage. 
  • Familiarity with product data management, catalogue structuring, and content optimization. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. 
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
