Our client is an established international Trading company and they are currently looking to recruit a motivated, meticulous, and dependable Logistics Back Office Associate to join their Limassol team.
This is a full-time position within an established international organization operating across offices in Cyprus and Israel.
The successful candidate will play a role in supporting daily administrative operations, ensuring accuracy in data management, and facilitating clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare invoices, packing lists, and internal documentation.
- Conduct accurate calculations and data entry using Excel and Priority ERP software.
- Coordinate effectively with our offices in Israel and HQ to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist with logistical and operational tasks as necessary.
- Maintain professional, clear communication in English across various departments.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any discipline).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
- Experience or familiarity with trading, shipping, or bookkeeping is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:
- 1500 Euros gross
- Year end bonus based on Group’s performance
