Our client is a supplier in Nicosia looking for a Warehouse & Logistics / Operations Officer who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and logistics management, ranging between the procurement of goods to the dispatch of sales orders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the warehouse team about day-to-day operations
- Quality Control – Issue sales invoices, review sales orders before dispatch, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate the transfer of goods to our shop
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure purchase orders are placed in a timely manner
- Review quality and accuracy of purchase orders
- Maintain updated records of purchase orders, delivery information, and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases and sales, including cost analyses
Requirements:
- BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations Officer, or similar role will be considered an advantage
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP B1) will be considered an advantage
- Willingness to take initiatives and to be proactive
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic and cooperative nature
- Fluency in Greek and English
Working hours:
- The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 17.00pm
