Our Client is one of the Top 4 Accounting and Auditing firms, looking to further develop their internal IT Department in Nicosia. They are looking to hire an Junior Product Manager who will play an important role in supporting and strengthening the organisation’s information security environment.
This is a full time office onsite position in Nicosia.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our IT team.
- The role is suited to an analytical, technology-minded professional with 2–3 years of experience who is interested in developing a career in Product Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and continuous improvement of IT products and solutions.
- Gather and analyse business and user requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications.
- Work closely with IT, development, and business teams.
- Support product roadmaps, prioritisation, testing, and releases.
- Analyse data and user feedback to identify improvements.
- Monitor product performance and support problem-solving and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of technology and software development processes.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar is an advantage.
- Good command of English.

- Someone who is technically curious, analytical, organised, and comfortable working between business and IT, with a strong desire to grow into a Product Management role.
