Our client, a large International Technology Solutions and Development Company in Limassol is looking to hire an IT Asset (Inventory) Management & Warehouse Contractor that will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle and logistics of IT hardware equipment within the organization. This includes inventory tracking, warehouse operations, and coordination with internal teams to support business needs across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

  • Organize and optimize storage infrastructure.
  • Receive shipments, arrange new orders, and coordinate returns.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Logistics Coordination

  • Arrange and track deliveries of IT equipment across Europe.
  • Liaise with internal customers, vendors and couriers to ensure timely and secure transportation.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with IT support teams to align asset usage with operational and budgetary goals.

Inventory Management

  • Track and maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including laptops, servers, and peripherals.
  • Perform monthly counts on stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of hardware.

Asset Lifecycle Oversight

  • Manage assets from acquisition to disposal.
  • Perform receiving, tagging, deployment, repair coordination, and retirement of equipment.
  • Execute disposal activities for end-of-life (EOL) assets in accordance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Good understanding of IT hardware components and configurations.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to process discipline.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment in warehouse settings.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Polite, patient, and respectful demeanor, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
  • Able to work independently.

Desirable

  • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and inventory systems.
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience in working on a ticketing system.

Working hours:

  • The working days are Monday – Friday, 5 hours per day from 10am – 3pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
  • The initial contract will be for the 12 months to be renewed
