Our client is a Design & Technology Company in Limassol and they are looking for an International Sales Executive at Limassol headquarters to help drive our global growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on international sales, product development insights, and strategic market expansion while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, study competitors, and identify opportunities to expand the company’s products internationally
- Generate new leads and develop relationships with retailers, distributors, schools, Ministries of Education, and franchise partners
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, and assist in forecasting sales based on data and market insights
- Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to propose new products and refine existing ones to meet market needs
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, advertising budgets, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Ensure smooth order processing by working closely with Accounting, Logistics, and other departments from invoicing to delivery and payments
- Operate ERP systems with a focus on CRM to optimize the customer journey
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and international events; travel abroad regularly as needed (approximately 1-2 times per year)
- Support and, where applicable, manage other sales and administrative personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields (postgraduate studies a plus).
- Experience in sales, international sales or exports is an advantage
- Excellent command of English and Greek. Other languages are a plus
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Working hours:
- The working hours are 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday. On Friday 08:00-15:00 or 08:30-15:30 (onsite role)
