Our client is a legal consulting firm in Limassol providing a broad range of legal and business services to an international client is looking for a Junior-to-Mid Marketing Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO to execute impactful strategies across both digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Website Management & SEO: Maintain and update the firm’s website using WordPress; ensure SEO-optimized content and track performance via Google Analytics and Google Console.
- Schedule and manage content creation, including non-technical articles (biographies, press releases, announcements); coordinate with content writers, lawyers, consultants, and online platforms (eg. Lexology, Mondaq, Telegram etc.).
- Manage newsletters: content creation, distribution, and engagement tracking.
- Support events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Attend seminars and workshops for continuous professional development.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated marketing content.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, relevant, and clear, following company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or similar industries.
- Basic familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp; full expertise is not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek; Russian is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Console, Canva), and AI-powered marketing tools; willingness to learn and leverage AI is encouraged.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence (project management tools) is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in both digital and traditional marketing.
