A valued client of ours who is a consultancy company based in Limassol are looking for an Legal/ Corporate Administrator to work on a Hybrid working model - Location centre of Limassol.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with 1–3 years of experience in corporate services who is eager to develop expertise in international corporate administration.

You will be responsible for supporting the team in managing corporate entities overseas in the Asia Pacific, and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, timely filings, and smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration and management of corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, review, and file corporate documents, annual returns, and statutory forms according to local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of company documentation, registers, and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, banks, and government authorities as required.
  • Support senior managers with corporate governance tasks, including board resolutions, minutes, and shareholder documentation.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude AI) to streamline document preparation, compliance checks, and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to the corporate services team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate services, company secretarial, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and administration across multiple jurisdictions (Marshall Islands, Estonia, Hong Kong preferred).
  • Experience preparing and filing company documents and statutory filings.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in AI tools (Claude AI, ChatGPT, or similar) to support documentation and workflow.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal qualification is not required, but knowledge of corporate compliance and documentation is essential.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with corporate entity management software or compliance platforms.
  • Exposure to cross-border corporate structuring and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
