A valued client of ours who is a consultancy company based in Limassol are looking for an Legal/ Corporate Administrator to work on a Hybrid working model - Location centre of Limassol.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with 1–3 years of experience in corporate services who is eager to develop expertise in international corporate administration.
You will be responsible for supporting the team in managing corporate entities overseas in the Asia Pacific, and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, timely filings, and smooth administrative operations.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Corporate Administrator to join our Limassol office.

This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate services, who is comfortable working in a team managing multiple corporate entities across various international jurisdictions and working with a diverse range of documents and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate is methodical, deadline-driven, and tech-savvy — comfortable using AI tools such as Claude AI as part of their daily workflow, and capable of independently managing tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Administration
Administer and manage corporate entities across multiple international jurisdictions.
Assist with the opening of corporate bank accounts, including the preparation and submission of all required application forms and supporting documentation.
Complete and process application forms accurately across various jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
Edit and update organisational structures and corporate charts as required.
Support senior management with corporate governance tasks, including board resolutions, minutes, and shareholder documentation.
File & Records Management
Organise and maintain the online files of each respective company in a clear, consistent, and accessible manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of company documentation
Deadline & Compliance Monitoring
Keep a detailed record of all key deadlines across all managed entities and proactively advise the manager of upcoming obligations.
Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure all submissions and filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure nothing is missed in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment.

Technology & Document Management
Utilise Claude AI to streamline document preparation, compliance checks, and general workflow efficiency.
Edit and amend PDF documents as required (e.g., using Adobe Acrobat or equivalent tools).
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for document drafting, formatting, and basic data management.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate services, company secretarial, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience working with corporate documents across multiple jurisdictions.
Proven experience assisting with bank account opening processes and regulatory application forms.
Fluent English language skills — both written and verbal — are essential.
Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to file management and record-keeping.
Ability to independently track deadlines and proactively communicate upcoming obligations to management.
Proficiency in using AI tools (particularly Claude AI), PDF editing software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with corporate entities in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Marshall Islands, Georgia, Vanuatu, Hong Kong, Estonia, or similar offshore / international jurisdictions.
Exposure to cross-border corporate structuring and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to adopt new technologies
