Our client is one of the leading Oil and Gas companies and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced in-house Lawyer for their offices in Nicosia
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and legal review of business contracts
- Corporate legal work (preparing decisions, board meetings etc)
- Archiving
- Employment law matters for local staff
- Legal Compliance work
- Interaction with lawyers of upstream assets (projects) in other jurisdictions on ongoing legal matters
Qualifications Required:
- Law degree
- Fluent in Greek and English with Russian a very strong plus
- 4 + years of experience; experience in the financial services or other related industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Communication skills, organizational skills, juggling numerous priorities under strict deadlines, analytical skills
Salary:
- Salary based on experience from 40,000 to 60, 000 Euros gross annually
- Medical Insurance
- Annual bonuses
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
