Our client, a well-known group of companies who offer services across five inter-connected industries: Maritime, Business, Travel, Property and Environment, is looking to hire a HR Manager with 3 years experience at their offices in Limassol.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards and recruitment companies
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate new hire orientation and induction schedules
- Set up personnel files and ensure all required documents are submitted
- Assist with employee exits, conduct exit interviews and ensure asset return
- Serve as point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Maintain updated employee contact lists and organizational charts
- Ensure HR policies are updated in compliance with Labor Laws
- Maintain accurate and up to date personnel records
- Help identify employee training needs and coordinate training sessions
- Track employee certifications and training completion
- Support enrollment in employee benefits i.e Health Insurance and programs and handle queries
- Organize employees evaluations and appraisals and monitor through whole process
- Ensure employees wellbeing by helping solve any conflicts arising within the work environment
- Administrative duties
- Documentation of all new employees
- Documentation and administration of all absences
- Ensuring sick leave claims are made by employee on relevant government platform and keep records
- Maintaining the routine correspondence and providing the employee satisfaction and feedback reports
- Arranging the logistics of various training and development programs
- Manages and administers the documentation of various training and development programs and submission with the HRDA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word,Exel,Outlook,PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
