Our client is a Holding company to a group of entities operating in various sectors ranging from IT, Finance, Real Estate , Event Management to hospitality and due to continuous growth and new projects my client is looking to recruit a HR / Office Assistant to join the team as their offices in Paphos
The Holding company is based in Paphos and the client will provide accommodation within Paphos for all new staff members (highlighted under the salary & benefit package)
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary starting from 2,000 Euros gross upwards based on experience
- Annual bonuses upon achievement of objectives

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (8 hours daily )
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation and onboarding
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organising work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies
- Maintains quality service by following organisation standards
- Create and update company policies and procedures
- Making sure the office is equipment with supplies at all time
- Booking travel for employee’s
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential
- Previous HR/Office Administration experience a MUST have
- Reporting Skills
- Maintaining Employee Files
- Dependability and Organisation skills
- Confidentiality & Independence
- Excellent communisation skills (both verbal and written)
- Microsoft Office Skills
