We are looking for a Head of Dutch Desk to lead operations across the Netherlands and Belgium. This role requires native-level Dutch proficiency and combines strategic leadership with operational management to drive regional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead support agents team including recruitment, training, performance management, and ensuring customer satisfaction metrics while managing regional P&L and budget planning
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and co-marketing initiatives to expand market presence and revenue opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences while building key stakeholder relationships and coordinating local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility
- Convert marketing-qualified leads through the full sales cycle, maintain accurate forecasting, and develop regional sales strategies in collaboration with marketing teams
- Conduct competitive analysis, adapt global strategies to local market needs, ensure regulatory compliance across Netherlands and Belgium, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Native Dutch / Flemish
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in management CS roles
- Proven track record in sales, affiliates/ partnerships, and team management
- Strong understanding of the Benelux business landscape and cultural nuances
- Experience with B2B sales and partnership development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
