Our client, a Corporate Services Company in Limassol, is looking to hire a Financial Accountant. My client is looking for a responsible position and to be able to communicate with the clients in English and Greek and to handle the accounting and the surroundings for each of the companies under its management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records
- Payroll preparation and execution.
- Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary information and complete the accounting records
- Performing Debtors, Creditors and Bank reconciliations
- Liaising with auditors
- Knowledge of preparation and submission of VAT, VIES reports
- Reporting to Financial Controller
- Any other tasks that may be assigned
Requirements:
- Ideally educated to degree or college level in Accounting
- 2+ years prior experience in a Bookkeeping and/or Accounting role within the fiduciary sector
- Knowledge of professional accounting software.
- Fluent in Greek and English (any additional language will be a plus).
- Team player and well organized with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm with 1.50 hour lunch break and Friday until 2.30pm
