Our client, an Aquaculture Firm in Larnaca, is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO. We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and culturally agile Executive Personal Assistant to support the principal.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones (EU, Cyprus, and international).
- Coordinate high-touch travel, including private aviation, visas, and accommodation
- Handle correspondence and draft communications in Greek and English
- Prepare briefing materials for meetings involving stakeholders in Cyprus, Greece, and the diaspora.
- Liaise with legal, finance
- Support the management of private residences and staff across locations, ensuring culturally aligned communication.
- Execute personal errands and handle sensitive family or corporate documentation with absolute discretion.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Family Office role supporting C-level role.
- Experience with private banking, corporate structures (e.g., holding companies), or real estate transactions in Cyprus is a plus.
- Utmost discretion – you will handle highly confidential family and business matters.
- Proactive problem solver – comfortable navigating bureaucratic environments with patience and resourcefulness.
Working Hours:
- The working hours are 8am-4pm (no lunch break, onsite role)
