Our client, a Holding Company, which us a solution provider for marine lubrication needs in Limassol, is looking for an Executive Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing enquires.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, drafting presentations, and following up on action items.
  • Prepare, review and draft reports.
  • Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the offshore offices of the Group. 
  • Handle the travel logistics of the business trips as well as the expense reports.
  • Maintain confidential information and files.
  • Organize and attend events, meetings, ad corporate initiative such as dinners and lunches as required. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related filed. 
  • Proven experience in executive or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability. 
  • High level of professionalism. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel).
  • Fluency in Greek and in English

Salary:

  • The company is offering a salary up to 2,900 Euros gross based on skills and experience x 14 salaries plus provident fund 3% after probation + 85 Euro coffee shop allowance, top up of maternity and paternity leave to 100%, half day leave on BD and 20 days leave year 1 and then 21 after year 1

Working hours:

  • The working hours are office hours are 09:00-18:00 (Break: 13:00-14:00), Monday - Friday (100% from office)
