Our client is a B2B CRM Service Provider who develop, maintain and deploy various IT and customer-based services to numerous businesses in various industries around the world. Due to continuous growth since inception in 2018 the client is looking to grow their Sales Department and are looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join the team at their Limassol based offices

Working hours :

  • Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 21:00 

Job Overview: 

  • We're looking for a talented and passionate Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to serve as the primary liaison for our esteemed clientele.
  • As a pivotal member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence and fostering innovation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, fostering enduring relationships through regular communication. 
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and empathetically, ensuring their needs are met with utmost satisfaction. 
  • Stay updated on product offerings, features, and promotions to effectively showcase their value to our customer base. 
  • Drive revenue generation and optimize sales opportunities within assigned customer accounts 
  • Provide regular reports on customer data and analytics to enhance overall satisfaction and engagement. 

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a track record of success. 
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. 
  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen emphasis on empathy and understanding. 
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. 
  • Proactive approach to customer outreach and engagement, coupled with a service-oriented mindset.
