Our client, one of the leading Construction and Development companies in Cyprus, responsible for many of the island's landmark developments, is looking for a Document Controller to join their team, and be based at one of their developments in Limassol. As a Document Controller you will be responsible for the document management for both the project and the company documentation. This role requires you to collaborate with various departments within the company as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process documents.
  • Create document templates.
  • Manage the archiving, retrieval and accessibility of the project and company documentation.
  • Manage the distribution of company documentation internally and externally.
  • Prepare reports on a regular and as required basis.
  • Review and check documents.
  • Liaise with other professionals to ensure that documents meet requirements.
  • Provide support and information to other company departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Follow and develop procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
  • Operate as a system administrator for the document management system.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for document control.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation for handover to clients.

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Document Controller or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and / or project management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to cope with peak demands and changing priorities.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Thorough, with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm to learn/improve skills and with a can do attitude

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm 
  • Candidate must be immediately available
