About the Role:
- We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, and boosting conversions.
- You will be a key player in enhancing our online presence and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and rankings.
- Develop and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, or similar platforms.
- Create and manage engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends in digital marketing to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize performance.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising strategies.
- Strong understanding in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
