Our client, an online casino in Limassol, is looking to hire a Customer Support Agent who will provide attentive, timely assistance to players. Turkish language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory, as we have a global user base. You’ll field inquiries, troubleshoot player issues, and maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Respond to player queries via email, chat, and phone, offering technical and account-related support.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in iGaming or a similar fast-paced support environment.
- Fluent in English; Turkish is a strong plus.
- Adept at handling multiple requests and using sound judgment.
- EU-citizenship
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Limassol.
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am – 6pm (onsite role)
