Our client, a well established and reputable smart payment cashier software company, is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their group in Limassol.
Job Summary:
In this role, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our portfolio of accounts. The agent will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our platform and services to meet their business needs and goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Regularly engage with your portfolio of accounts to understand their business, goals and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for clients to better leverage our company’s software.
- Train merchants on how to best use our software to match their business needs.
- Notify clients of software upgrades and schedule training on new features.
- Create awareness of product features, new product launches, services and offerings.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing effective support and problem resolution.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth start as merchants begin using Praxis technology.
- Act as a merchant advocate by ensuring customer feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success and/or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Ability to understand and explain technical software features and functionalities.
- Experience with onboarding new clients and conducting training sessions.
- High level of client focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
