Our client is an established international Supply Chain Management Company in Limassol and they are looking for Customer Service Representative with experience in a similar role in the Freight Forwarding industry. The Customer Service Officer is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations monitoring and assisting
- Shipments follow up and customer updating
- Indoor sales assistance / inquiries /intercompany requests
- Cargo wise shipments importing /manifesting
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role in the Freight Forwarding industry is a must
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Must be able to read, write and speak Greek and English fluently
Working hours:
- The working hours are 08:00 – 12:00 – 14:00-17:00, Monday to Friday (onsite role)
