Responsibilities:
- Be the Heart of Our Service - Respond to client inquiries with warmth and professionalism, offering tailored information and support.
- Guide Their Journey - Manage and coordinate every detail of the treatment process alongside our expert medical team.
- Create Memorable Experiences - Ensure a stress-free visit by assisting with travel arrangements and providing local insights for a comfortable stay in Cyprus.
- Stay Connected - Maintain excellent communication via WhatsApp and email, keeping clients informed at all times.
- Keep Things Organized - Handle CRM records, reports, payments, and client documentation with accuracy.
- Collaborate & Innovate - Work closely with our doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to enhance patient experience.

Requirements:
- Customer Service Superstar - Experience in a similar role is a plus!
- Proactive & Adaptable - Quick thinker, problem-solver, and always ready to go the extra mile
- Tech-Savvy Communicator - Comfortable using CRM systems, emails, and messaging apps.
- Fluent in English & Greek - Strong verbal and written skills are a must
- Friendly, Empathetic & Professional - Clients rely on your warmth and expertise
- Flexible & Dedicated - Available to respond to client inquiries outside standard hours
- Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation - For occasional out-of-office tasks.
