Our client is a Group of companies with several entities under the umbrella and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Crypto Dealer to join the team at their offices in Limassol
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Crypto Dealer to join the team, specializing in OTC trading for institutional clients (BTC/USDT/USDC pairs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crypto markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution: Execute OTC buy/sell orders for institutional clients with precision and timeliness.
Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate risks associated with large-volume OTC trades, ensuring minimal market impact.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to EU AML/KYC regulations and internal policies. Maintain accurate trade records and generate reports.
Client Support: Address institutional clients’ inquiries on trades, market conditions, and account status.
Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, back-office, and liquidity teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
3+ years in cryptocurrency trading, preferably in OTC/BTC/USDT/USDC markets (or traditional finance with crypto exposure).
Experience with risk management protocols for OTC trading (e.g., slippage control, counterparty risk assessment).
Knowledge of EU crypto regulations (AML/KYC) and reporting standards.
Analytical mindset—able to interpret market data and execute strategic trades.
Fluent in English (additional EU languages a plus).
Client-focused with strong communication skills for institutional interactions.
Salary
Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience
Yearly bonus upon performance and discretion of Management.
