Our client is Trading Brokerage that offers its clients a financial platform to trade in Forex, stocks, ETFs, crypto, commodities and more are expanding in Kurdistan and are looking to recruit a Country Manager with a proven network of IBs in the Erbil, Kurdistan Region.
The ideal candidate has Forex & CFD experience, strong IB relationships, and the ability to recruit, support, and manage IBs to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and manage IB partnerships, ensuring engagement and performance.
- Develop strategies to increase trading volume and IB-driven deposits.
- Provide support, training, and incentive programs for IBs.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and back-office teams.
Requirements:
- Located in Erbil with an existing IB network (mandatory).
- 3+ years in Forex & CFD business development and IB management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and IB management tools.
- Fluent in Kurdish and English (Arabic is a plus).
Salary:
- Salary is negotiable based on experience
