Our client is a small Corporate Services Provider in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Corporate & Banking Manager with at least 4 years of experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing corporate, banking, compliance and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations for a diverse local and international clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate companies in Cyprus and internationally.
  • Manage corporate procedures with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Register Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) for new and existing companies.
  • Prepare bank forms and oversee account opening processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, associates, banks, organizations, and government departments.
  • Maintain and update company records, systems, and files.
  • Implement KYC, due diligence, and other compliance procedures
  • Collecting and reviewing client information in order to comply with internal and local requirements
  • Communicating with client and updating clients files, risk classification and escalating cases to the Board of Directors/Senior Management
  • Supporting departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data 
  • Maintaining up to date written documentation and policies related to the organisation’s business activities
  • Briefing and reporting to Management on matters relating to internal AML Manual and other related policies and procedures 

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience in a relevant role.
  • Holder of ICA AML Compliance license is preferable
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken). Russian will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with industry practices and professional standards 
  • Strong understanding of corporate procedures and statutory documentation for the Registrar of Companies, AML Law and procedures 
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Working hours:

  • Company hours of operation 9:00am – 6:30pm.
  • Working hours:
    • 8 hours to be discussed with the candidate
    • 9:00-13:00 / 14:00 – 18:00  
    • 9:30-13:30 / 14:30 – 18:30
    • At times may be required earlier or to stay later
