Our client, an authorized Fintech group located in Limassol, is looking to onboard a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
This key individual will serve as a member of the Executive Team. They will have to maintain control over diverse business elements and secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth of the Company.
As well as leading sales teams and overseeing the revenue and budget of the group whilst working side by side with other C-Level of management team.
The experience and exposure within the Fintech or Payments Industry is a Must .
Requirements:
Fintech or Payments Experience is a MUST
Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles within fintech or the payments industry.
Ability to lead and grow a global sales team, and transform revenue production.
Competency and skills in strategic planning and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Degree in Business management, and /Finance or equivalent experience and education in strategic leadership and business is preferred.
Proficient in English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be a resourceful and creative problem solver with an ability to work effectively in a fast-moving dynamic company environment.
Strong executive presence and focus, with high energy and drive to succeed.
