Our client is a Technology Company in Paphos. They are now looking to employ a Financial Transaction Monitoring with the ability to diligently monitor the functioning of trading instruments and platforms, and contributing to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform and Instrument Monitoring: You will oversee the functionality of trading platforms and instruments, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Client Support: Assist internally the clients with their inquiries about trading instruments and products offered by the company. 
  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor the flow of transactions and investigate any irregular or suspicious activity. 
  • Risk Reporting: Report on potential risks in the company’s overall portfolio, contributing to risk management efforts. 
  • Market Monitoring: Continuously keep an eye on financial markets across various asset classes to ensure awareness of market conditions. 
  • Analytical Reporting: Generate reports and analyses regarding clients’ trading activities. 
  • Training Provision: Provide training for other dealers to ensure they can carry out their tasks effectively. Team Contribution: Participate in maintaining a positive and dynamic work environment. 

Qualifications: 

  • A degree in a relevant field, which may include finance, economics, business, or related disciplines. 
  • At least 6 months of experience will be a plus 
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess trading activities and market conditions.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, likely due to the time-sensitive nature of financial transactions. o Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with potential multitasking.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Tools Proficiency 
  • Ability to work shifts, which suggests 24/5 operations, common in global trading environments.
