Our client is a Boutique Corporate Service Provider and they are currently expanding the team and looking to recruit a Business Development Executive for their Nicosia based offices .
Role Description:
This position is on-site and involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication and account management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and strategic growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development plans that align with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, legal, and accounting) to ensure that services meet client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and expand the client base.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Business acumen and Communication skills
- Account Management expertise
- Proven track record in generating leads and driving business growth
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the financial or business services sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- ACA/ACCA or any other professional qualification will be considered an advantage
