Our client is a Wholesale/Supplier based in Larnaca and they are currently looking to recruit a Bookkeeper to join the company
The client is open to considering both full-time or part-time candidates for this role, as detailed below:
Key responsibilities:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Process account payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
- Manage petty cash and expense reports.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial files and records.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- Ability to work in and with a team.
- Knowledge of E-Soft is an advantage
Education and experience:
- LCCI Higher will be considered a plus.
- Experience in a bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or a related field is an advantage.
Work Hours and Salary:
Part-time Option:
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Salary €800 per month
Full-time Option:
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Salary €1500 per month
