This audit/accounting firm in Larnaca is looking for an Audit Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit service
- Manage, plan and review statutory audits according to the International Auditing Standards Oversee audit planning, execution, and completion of audit engagement performed by audit team member
- Prepare/review financial statements and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards/ other regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review tax computations and tax returns Communicate with clients in relation to their tax compliance
- Monitor and provide guidance, training, and support to audit team members Communication with clients and evaluation of their needs and provide support/ guidance
- Collaborate with the Director in organizing, planning and implementing policies in relation to the Audit Engagements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as an Audit Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of Audit Standards and audit methodology
- Strong technical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or similar discipline
- Holder of a Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA) is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
- Solid working experience with CaseWare and audit software Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
Working Hours:
Flexible working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 17:15 and Wednesday, Friday: 7:45 - 15:00 (onsite role)
