Our client, an online casino in Limassol, is looking to hire an Affiliate Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in the iGaming industry and a solid understanding of online affiliate marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and pro-actively manage a portfolio of affiliate clients, ensuring an in-depth understanding of their financial value.
- Acquire new business through affiliate acquisitions by identifying and securing new client opportunities.
- Retain and grow business with current affiliate partners.
- Negotiate and review commercial agreements with all partners.
- Analyze campaign performance, report ROI results, and devise forward-looking strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Previous experience with online marketing sales and the ability to drive sales in the online marketing scope.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), additional languages an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, analytical skills, and numeracy.
- Proven planning and organizational abilities.
- EU-citizenship
- Located in Cyprus
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am – 6pm (onsite role)
