Our client, a Pharmaceutical Distribution Company in Larnaca, is looking to hire an Accountant / Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payments and documents such as invoices, journal entries, and statements.
- Inputting, updating, and retrieving information from the company's automated systems (accounting software, ERP/SAP).
- Recording, reviewing, and correcting accounting entries.
- Preparing deposits and issuing payment receipts.
- Systematic filing and management of financial documents.
- Communicating with clients for collections and providing any necessary information.
- Reconciling accounts receivable and payable statements at the end of each month.
- Reconciling bank accounts at the end of each week.
- Preparing and printing debtor statements each month and sending them to pharmacies.
- Supporting processes related to the Accounting and Finance Departments.
Requirements:
- LCCI Higher Diploma in Accounting and/or a University Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, LMS, Data analysis).
- Knowledge of using SAP, ERP, WMS.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Team spirit and adaptability
- Located in Larnaca area
Working hours:
- The working hours are 8am- 4.30pm.
- This is an onsite role.
