Our client is an established and profitable online casino company facing the Asian market with an experienced leadership team who have spun out from major household gambling operators. They are looking for a Technical Payments Product Specialist to manage all technical aspects of the payment's product for a customer facing online casino. Deliver the vision set by the Payment's Product Team. The location can be either Limassol, Cyprus, or Malta. Experience in iGaming is a must.

We are looking for a person who has worked with PIQ (DevCode) extensively. We would consider as basics someone who knows how to work Devcode and do configuring. A more advanced candidate would be someone who has good experience working on DevCode as well as configuration but also has knowledge in areas such as HTML or BI knowledge (analytical skills).

In this role you will be part of a small Payment's Product team. You will be working closely with other product and operations' leads and you will be reporting to the Payment's Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

Technical onboarding of new payment solutions:
o    Requirement's analysis
o    Configuration and testing in staging
o    Deployment to production and handover to operations

Technical upkeep and optimisation of all payment solutions:
o    Routing and fallback rules
o    Error handling and investigations
o    Technical escalations to 3rd parties
o    Online cashier look-and-feel
o    Configuring alerts
o    Dealing with outages and maintenance windows
o    Monitoring service levels and acceptance rates
o    A/B testing
o    Documenting processes and payment flows

Requirements:

Experience in iGaming is a must
Advanced knowledge of Payment-IQ (DevCode) is a must
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and XML is highly desirable
Proficiency in excel and data analysis is very desirable
Understanding of web architecture and its development stack 
(databases, APIs and services, scripting, markup languages, and data structures)
Good understanding of hierarchical rule engines, IF-THEN-ELSE, and logic gates
Fluency in English
Hands-on and solution focused
Able to think outside the box
Perseverance, possess a desire to learn through trial and error
Quick learner with the ability to Google their way out of a problem
Ability to work under pressure while balancing multiple priorities
EU-Citizenship

Salary:

The company is offering a salary of 30 - 45K EUR gross per annum + 27 days leave a year (not 20), mobile phone covered up to 50Eur a month, breakfast Tuesdays, Lunch Fridays, health cover (standard state + private scheme)
