Our client, a Maritime Services Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst. The ideal candidate would be someone familiar with or who has previously worked within the shipping industry. Preferably, they should have experience working for a company in the maritime catering services sector. Fluency in English is essential, along with excellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting and interacting with high-level executive personnel. Proven experience in project management and business analytics is also required. Familiarity with Power BI will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Lead project teams with clear communication and accountability to foster collaboration and achieve milestones.
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
- Create and present insightful business reports and market research findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project performance using tools, dashboards, and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Working experience of 3+ years in project management or business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
- Highly skilled in MS Office and comfortable with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- You excel in organization, multitasking, and problem-solving, and your analytical skills are a strong asset.
- Holder of an MSc in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Strategic Management is a plus
- Working experience in the maritime industry is a plus
Working hours:
- The standard working hours are from 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and on Fridays they work from 08:00 until 14:00.
