Our client is Trading Brokerage that offers its clients a financial platform to trade in Forex, stocks, ETFs, crypto, commodities and they are looking to recruit an experienced Business Developer with a strong background in the Forex and CFD industry to manage and expand our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) in the Iranian market. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with IBs, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are engaged, supported, and consistently bringing in new business.

Location: Remote/Hybrid (with travel as required)

About the Role:

  • This role requires someone with a deep knowledge of the Iranian Forex landscape, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate IBs to perform at their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

IB Management & Growth

  • Oversee and expand our network of IBs, ensuring they are fully engaged and motivated.
  • Build strong relationships with IBs, providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Develop tailored incentive programs to encourage IBs to grow their client base.
  • Monitor IB performance, ensuring consistent growth in trading volume and deposits.
  • Organize and conduct regular IB meetings, webinars, and training sessions to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for IBs, providing ongoing support and resolving any issues that arise.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and recruit new IBs who can bring quality traders to the company.
  • Implement strategies to increase retention and trading activity among referred clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns that appeal to the Iranian market.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior.

Operational & Compliance Management

  • Work with the back office and compliance teams to streamline IB onboarding and KYC processes.
  • Assist in the integration of technology and CRM tools to optimize IB tracking and reporting.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on IB performance, revenue generation, and key challenges.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Forex & CFD industry, specifically in IB management and business development.
  • Deep understanding of the Iranian Forex market and its regulatory environment.
  • Strong network of existing IBs is a plus.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through IB partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to improve IB effectiveness.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, affiliate systems, and Forex brokerage tools.
  • Persian (Farsi) and English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary: 

  • Basic salary of 3000 – 5000 Euros gross based on experience 
  • OTE (on-target earnings) 10,000 monthly
