Our client is an international AdTech company in Limassol is looking for Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure that powers our data-intensive platforms. This role sits at the core of our R&D organization. You’ll design, operate, and harden the systems that ingest, process, and serve high-volume, low-latency data—while enabling engineering teams to move fast without breaking things. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available production infrastructure.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows across multiple services and environments.
- Operate and optimize containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud environments.
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security of systems handling large-scale real-time data.
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability stacks.
- Partner closely with Backend, Data, and Front-End teams to support development and release workflows.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements.
- Automate everything that can be automated—and question what shouldn’t exist at all.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
- Experience with On Premise environments in production.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience operating data-heavy systems (Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch, distributed databases).
- Strong background in Linux systems, networking, and security fundamentals.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Practical experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Ability to diagnose complex production issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Located in Cyprus
- EU-citizenship
Working Hours:
The working days are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour off (onsite job for people located in Limassol, for candidates located in Paphos, Nicosia, etc. hybrid working can be discussed).
