Our client, a Certified Public Accountants Firm in Limassol, is looking to hire a Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily secretarial, administrative and organizational tasks
- Answering telephone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Preparation of letters/emails and various documents
- Reception duties
- Outside work when necessary
- Dealing with electronic and hard copy archiving
Requirements:
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language (both oral and written)
- Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage
- Proactively, responsibility, communication skills
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 am -17:30 pm with a lunch break of 60 minutes OR Monday to Thursday 8:00 am -17:00 pm with a lunch break of 30 minutes. Friday 8:00 am - 14:00 pm.
