Our client, a Certified Public Accountants Firm in Limassol, is looking to hire a Secretary.


  • Manage daily secretarial, administrative and organizational tasks
  • Answering telephone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Preparation of letters/emails and various documents
  • Reception duties
  • Outside work when necessary
  • Dealing with electronic and hard copy archiving 


  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language (both oral and written)
  • Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Proactively, responsibility, communication skills

Working hours:

  • The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 am -17:30 pm with a lunch break of 60 minutes OR Monday to Thursday 8:00 am -17:00 pm with a lunch break of 30 minutes. Friday 8:00 am - 14:00 pm.
