Our client is a group of companies providing a full range of development services for the construction industry from project development to its implementation and they are currently recruiting for sales staff for their Building Materials, to be located either in Limassol/ Nicosia and Paphos.
The company is looking to recruit Building Materials Salespeople for full-time employment, in Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia, with the aim of excellent customer service and increasing sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market understanding and knowledge of building materials & products
- Sale of building materials and products
- Transport and delivery of goods/materials to customers
- Use of CRM System
- Communicating with customers to understand and recognize their needs and actions for their immediate and complete satisfaction
- Evaluation of market data and customer needs and submission of optimization proposals to management
- Continuous evaluation of sales results and carrying out cost / benefit analyses
- Harmonization of the sales goals with the Company's strategy and the expansion of the clientele
- Inventory monitoring in collaboration with Store Manager and Warehouse Manager
- Coordination of the customer regarding the terms & conditions governed by the contract regarding the ordering process, product availability, prices, payment method and terms, shipping date and product delivery method, Defective Return policy Agathon et al.
- Record orders via system software, phone and emails
- Transferring and immediately informing management of customer needs, problems and product shortages
- Other related duties
Qualifications:
- Secondary Education Diploma
- Car Driving License
- Good knowledge of GPS operation
- Orientation skills
- Experience of at least (2) two years in a related position
- Willing to serve
- Responsibility and Integrity of Character
- Communicative and Organizational
- Greek language a MUST
- Good knowledge of English
