This Payment Solutions Company in Limassol belongs to a group of very innovative companies with excellent benefits and they are looking for an experienced Sales Solution Consultant. This role will be the hands-on bridge between the technical and commercial.

You will own the merchant journey from kick-off to go-live. Identifying the need, presenting the solution, configuring and troubleshooting integrations, unblocking problems, and making sure every launch is fast, clean, and sets the merchant up to win.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up new cases, run kick-off calls, ask the right questions, and spin up staging accounts - fast
  • Configure payment methods, activate features, and get merchants integrated hands-on
  • Troubleshoot API issues, unblock projects, and optimise go-live for speed and quality
  • Manage a portfolio of merchants end-to-end. No hand-offs, full ownership and collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales to advise on technical feasibility and identify upsell opportunities
  • Work across Onboarding, Support, Engineering, and Product to deliver seamless experiences
  • Contribute to product improvement, documentation, and new feature launches
  • Stay close to market trends and bring ideas to leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in solutions consulting or implementation in payments technology
  • Deep understanding of payment flows - you can walk a merchant through the full transaction lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, webhooks - you configure and debug, not just present
  • A technical mindset paired with strong communication skills - you translate complexity into clarity
  • Track record of owning end-to-end merchant or customer onboarding
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and keep them all moving
  • Passion for technology, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a can-do attitude

Working Hours: 

Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday), hybrid working is possible
