Our client, a Shipping Services Company in Athens, Greece is looking for a Sales Manager who will take ownership of revenue growth in Greece, working directly with shipowners, fleet managers, and technical stakeholders to deliver future-ready navigation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and account growth across the Greek shipping market
- Build trusted relationships with shipowners, operators, and technical managers
- Position ChartWorld’s ECDIS, digital charts, and compliance solutions as a strategic advantage
- Manage the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to closing complex deals
- Lead commercial negotiations and deliver on revenue and margin targets
- Represent ChartWorld at industry events and client engagements
Requirements:
- Proven success in B2B sales / business development in the maritime industry with contacts across Greece
- Experience in maritime, shipping, or navigation solutions (ECDIS highly preferred)
- Strong network or understanding of the Greek shipping ecosystem
- Commercial mindset with a track record of closing deals and growing accounts
- Ability to operate independently in a high-impact regional role
- Being able to work with deadlines and self-managing resources and pipeline
- Fluent Greek and English skills
- Located in Athens
Working Hours:
40 hours/week, usually 08:00 – 17:00 including an hour’s lunch to align with colleagues across multiple time zones. This can be done remotely from Athens.
