Technical Property Management Representative (Russian speaking) - Limassol

Our client, a fast-growing real estate company in Limassol, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Russian-speaking Property Management Representative with at least some basic technical knowledge and great communication skills. They have a friendly working environment in a nice office and offer good career prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Control & management of subcontractors and suppliers (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
  • Procurement Furniture and other extras
  • Coordination of expenses with the owners
  • Coordination of property management processes
  • Direct communication with clients
  • Various office administration tasks
  • Assistance to the Head of Property Management Department
  • Property database maintenance
  • Client support via phone and e-mail
  • Inspection of the properties, externally and internally

Requirements for the position:

  • Fluent English, Greek and Russian is a must.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Communicative, friendly, user and team-oriented, well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bitrix24,
  • Prior experience in a customer’s service field is desirable
  • Driving license
  • Work permit for Cyprus
  • Experience in the construction/real estate industry for at least 1-2 years will be an advantage

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-17:30 with lunch break 13:00-14:00

Salary:

The company is offering a salary based on skills and experience plus 13th salary
