Our client, a leading boutique property developer offering exceptional properties are looking to hire an experienced After-Sales Executive / Customer Service Officer to join their expanding team based in Larnaca.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients.
- Guide clients in selecting materials (e.g. flooring, sanitary ware, kitchens) as well as equipment and décor options (e.g. furniture, curtains, electrical appliances).
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of clients’ choices, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Deliver properties to buyers and provide the necessary after-delivery support.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Interior Design or other relevant qualification, or high-school graduate with experience in a similar role.
- Ability to take initiative, strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good command of the English language.
- Previous experience will be considered an additional asset.
