Our client, a cruise line for Spanish-speaking markets, is looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Product Manager to define and structure the cruise product up to embarkation. You will be responsible for shaping what the company sells—translating strategy into a clear, market-ready product and ensuring it is consistently represented across all systems, channels, and materials before the guest steps onboard.
Responsibilities:
- Define and structure the cruise product, including itineraries, packages, and positioning
- Develop pricing and ensure strong market positioning
- Ensure consistency across website, booking engine, CRM, and sales channels
- Coordinate across marketing, IT, marine operations, shore excursions, and sales
- Oversee production of brochures, digital content, and campaign materials
- Maintain structured product documentation and product library
- Ensure product readiness for sale and handover to onboard operations
- Travel Spain and Brazil to visit clients and marketing partners
Requirements:
- Good understanding of the (Hispanic-) cruise market and experience with start up of brands
- Experience in cruise, travel, or hospitality product management
- Experience in a similar role and being able to work independent as a Project Manager
- Strong commercial and conceptual mindset
- Ability to translate strategy into a tangible product
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners
- Structured and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Experience with pricing and market benchmarking
- Understanding of distribution systems (CRS, website, APIs) is a plus
- Fluent in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a strong advantage)
- Hands-on and flexible
- Willing and able to travel
- EU-citizenship
Working Hours:
- The office hours are 09:00 - 17:30
- Hybrid working (1-2 days from home) is possible
