Our client, one of the leading Construction and Development companies in Cyprus, responsible for many of the island's landmark developments, is looking to hire an Project Manager for Limassol.
We are currently looking to recruit a high calibre PROJECT MANAGER.
The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in construction roles in large scale projects, combining both a construction management expertise and project planning skills. The role will be responsible for the management of a construction project and will report to the Contracts Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision and responsibility for the timely and efficient execution of the Works under his supervision.
- Collaborate with engineers etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Evaluate progress of projects and prepare detailed reports.
- Responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the project.
- Oversee and direct project from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Overseeing constructions to monitor compliance with building and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognised university.
- Member of ETEK
- Working experience in construction of at least 15 years (5 of which in the position of Project Manager)
- Good technical knowledge of industry standards, products specification and market key sub-contractors
- Computer literacy
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
