Our client a Cypriot Family office in the center of Limassol who are looking for a Private Secretary for the chairman and Office Administrator, fluent in Greek & English.
The company is the family office of the Chairman of the group and holds investments in real estate and securities.
Owner is Cypriot with a long record of experience in business involvement both in Cyprus and abroad.
Office Administrator/Secretary
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Administration assistance and undertake secretarial tasks on various group companies (maintenance of corporate files, liaison with external advisors, filing/archiving of agreements and other documents, preparation of payment orders/cheques, handling of e-banking payments, etc.);
- Perform very basic accounting work for a number of companies (issue of invoices, credit control, limited posting in accounting software).
- Undertake a variety of tasks, including personal, family and business matters, and any other ad-hoc office or personal administrative tasks as assigned by the Chairman
- Handle the Chairman’s calendar and organise meetings and appointments as needed
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and requests
- Organize and manage any travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman as required
- Receive, organize and arrange for payments of various personal expenses on behalf of the Chairman (including but not limited to payments via web-banking or cheques),
- External office jobs including banks, public services, etc.;
- Overview and assist the proper functioning of office facilities (monitor office supplies, proper functioning of equipment etc.).
- Coordination and monitoring of companies’ as well as personal and private expenses of owner, review and checking of supplier invoices against contracts, credit cards and bank accounts;
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two to three years of prior relevant work experience as a secretary/office administrator
- Holder of a secretarial/ administration or other relevant diploma;
- Be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, technically strong individual with good communication skills;
- Fluent in Greek and English. Serbian or Russian will be considered additional qualification;
- Possess excellent general IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Benefits:
- 2000-2300 Gross Month -negotiable based on experience
- +13th Salary

There are 4 persons in the office - and location is center of Limassol near the Court house.
