Our client is a leading consulting firm specializing in IT Solutions, Accounting, Back Office services and Marketing and they are currently actively recruiting for an experienced PPC Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns across Arab markets, including MENA and GCC regions

Role Overview

  • This is a critical role, as the quality of this hire directly impacts profitability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and a proven ability to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Experience in FinTech or Forex industries is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Full management of Google Ads campaigns targeting MENA & GCC markets
  • Plan, create, launch, and optimize campaigns across (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max (PMax)
  • Conduct in-depth Arabic keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Write compelling ad copy in Arabic
  • Build advanced account structures
  • Perform systematic A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Daily optimization of campaigns to maximize CTR, conversions, and ROI
  • Manage high-budget campaigns (typically €50K+ per month) efficiently
  • Ensure campaigns comply with FinTech regulatory frameworks where applicable
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tracking tools
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Fluent Arabic (speaking and writing) required or Arabic proficiency at a native level
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (mandatory)
  • High-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing campaigns in MENA & GCC markets
  • Experience in FinTech or Forex industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with GA4 and GTM
  • Experience managing budgets of €50K+ per month
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
  • Google Ads certifications are a plus
