Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to join their leading law firm practicing in Nicosia, Cyprus since 1966.
Tasks:
- General Secretarial duties
- Coordinating with the Head to schedule the agenda of daily meetings and contacts
- Travel arrangements
- Maintain and update a filing system
- Drafting and sending letters
- Handling of the MD’s e-mail
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Greek
- Detail-oriented and Organizational Skills
- Computer skills (Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
- Quick Typing
- Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.

Working hours:
- Five-day work:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. (with 30 minutes break included)
- Wednesday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.
