Our client, a CYSEC Authorized and licensed Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to onboard a Performance Marketing Manager.

The Performance Marketing Manager  will be responsible for developing and executing companies global paid media strategy across multiple performance-driven channels/platforms, including Google Ads, Paid Search, PPC, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Retargeting and SEO. Main responsibility is to maximize ROAS, improve lead quality, and scaling customer acquisition.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role that requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management expertise, and a deep understanding of paid media strategies.

Job Description:

  • The the Performance Marketing Manager will have the chance to:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with our business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns across (but not limited to) Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic platforms.
  • Develop, implement and monitor a high-impact performance marketing strategy that aligns with the business objectives, focusing on acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Own end-to-end digital campaign execution, ensuring all initiatives drive strong ROI, engagement, and conversions.
  • Steer and guide our external paid media agencies, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and that performance targets are consistently met.
  • Manage paid search, display, and social media campaigns to drive conversions, new account sign-ups, and revenue growth.
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, develop and A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to improve CTRs, conversion rates, and lower CPA to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize multi-touch attribution models to measure the true impact of each channel.

Requirements : 

  • What will you need to be able to do the job:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition.
  • Documented experience in the FX Trading/Financial Service industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing high-budget paid search and social campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Understanding of paid search algorithms, audience segmentation, and multi-channel attribution.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page A/B testing, and retargeting strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience in compliance-driven industries and knowledge of financial advertising regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral.
  •  Ability to work in a pressurized work environment.
