Our client is a Payment Service Provider in Limassol and they are looking for a Payments Relationships Manager. You will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships in the payment sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall solutions strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive growth in the payments sector.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing solutions team comprising architects, engineers, and analysts.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation in payment solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess solution effectiveness and team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the payments industry, with at least 3  years in a leadership role focused on solutions architecture, business development, or delivery in high risk industries (iGaming)
  • At least 3 years experience in high-risk industries is a must.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payment processing, merchant acquiring, risk management, APIs, and payment gateways. Familiarity with PSP-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements such as PCI DSS, PSD2, AML, KYC, and other regulations impacting the payments ecosystem.
  • Business Acumen: Strong skills in identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
  • Client-Centric: Strong track record of delivering solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapting to evolving
